Cuvée
Millésime 2013 Brut
|
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay Type of soil: Calcareous, rich chalk in fossils of belemnites, mollusc of the secondary era. Our wine growing culture is respecting the natural environment; followed by ‘Réseau Magister’ since 1991. Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo regulated containers. Champagne produced from the 2013 harvest. Bottled in April 2014; bottles conditioned on wooden shelfs during 7 years. Manual “remuage” (riddling before disgorging) Dosage: 8 g/l Degustation Straw gold colouring with really fine and long lasting bubbles. The nose is mineral and fruity, with tones of white blossom and candied citrus fruit, very elegant. The mouth is attractive, balanced and long. This millésime gives everything that can be expected of a Blanc de Blancs. To be served as an appetizer; will also be a perfect companion of foie d'oie blinis, Carpaccio of salmon or scallops. |
